Fugro Engineers views high quality technical support as an important aspect of our relationship with customers. Annual maintenance, including support and upgrades may be purchased separately for a yearly subscription fee.

We provide technical support in order to help you resolve problems that arise when using SAGE Profile. Support can range from answering detailed questions about running a particular analysis to discussions on an approach to solving a general problem. Furthermore our support engineers can assist in clarifying SAGE Profile features and advising on the choice of analysis procedure and suggest modeling approaches.

Only clients that have a support and maintenance agreement are entitled to technical support. Annual maintenance, including support and upgrades may be purchased separately for a yearly subscription fee.

Contacting SAGE Profile Team for support

If you call the Support Team directly for support, be prepared to send input files and other information to help the support engineer understand your problem. For efficiency it is recommended that you send this information by e-mail detailing your problem etc. before calling, so that we can familiarise ourselves with your project and problem.

All our support engineers have advanced degrees and are well trained in the use of SAGE Profile. Furthermore they are also very knowledgeable in computer related questions and can also help you resolve issues related to the installation and running of SAGE Profile.

How can I make suggestions to improve SAGE Profile?

We are always trying to improve our products. If you have any suggestion for improvements please e-mail us: or speak to a support engineer. The engineer will then log your suggestion or comment, and it will be considered and prioritised for future releases.

Reporting Bugs and Error Messages

If you should encounter any bugs or errors while running SAGE Profile please let our support engineers know as soon as possible on . However, before contacting us please ensure that the error can be reproduced. This will save us time and we are therefore more likely to be able to resolve the problem quickly. All bugs and errors will be logged.
