Fugro GeoConsulting views high quality technical support as an important aspect of our relationships with our customers. Annual maintenance, including support and upgrades may be purchased separately for a yearly subscription fee.

We provide technical support in order to help you resolve problems that arise when using SAGE Profile. Support can range from answering detailed questions about running a particular analysis to discussions on an approach to solving a general problem. Our support engineers can assist in clarifying SAGE Profile features and advising on the choice of analysis procedure and suggest modeling approaches.

Only clients that have a support and maintenance agreement are entitled to technical support. Annual maintenance, including support and upgrades; may be purchased separately for a yearly subscription fee.

 

Contacting SAGE Profile Team for support

If you call the Support Team directly, be prepared to send input files and other information to help the support engineer understand your problem. To help us provide assistance as quickly and efficiently as possible, we recommend that you send details about your problem, input files and other relevant information by email before calling, so that we can familiarise ourselves with your project and problem.

All our support engineers have advanced degrees and are well trained in the use of SAGE Profile. They are also very knowledgeable about computer related questions and can also help you resolve issues related to the installation and running of SAGE Profile.

 

How can I make suggestions to improve SAGE Profile?

Reporting Bugs and Error Messages

If you should encounter any bugs or errors while running SAGE Profile please let our support engineers know as soon as possible on This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. This will save us time and we are therefore more likely to be able to resolve the problem quickly. All bugs and errors will be logged.
